What is OpsVis?

How is OpsVis different from Stripe Billing or Chargebee?
Stripe Billing and Chargebee are general-purpose subscription billing platforms. OpsVis is purpose-built for AI: it ingests usage events from AI provider SDKs in real time, reconciles raw provider costs against your customer pricing, and tracks per-customer AI margins. Use Stripe or Chargebee for collecting payments; use OpsVis for metering, pricing, and proving AI margins.
How does the free plan work?
The Launch plan is free to start. It includes real-time event ingestion, usage-based pricing, automated invoicing, and provider cost sync. No credit card required.
What counts as an 'event'?
An event is any AI API call tracked by OpsVis. This includes calls to OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and other providers. Each request counts as one event.
When should I upgrade to Scale?

Which AI providers does OpsVis support?
We support 17+ AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, Cohere, Hugging Face, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ElevenLabs. New providers are added regularly. The Python and TypeScript SDKs instrument provider calls automatically; manual events can be sent for any unsupported model.
Can OpsVis bill customers across multiple AI providers?
Yes. OpsVis aggregates usage and cost across every AI provider you use into a single pricing model and invoice. You set your customer pricing once (tiered, volume, package, or value-based), and OpsVis maps every underlying provider event back to the right customer, plan, and invoice line item.
